Pax is an olfactory self-portrait, used by Lorenzo Pazzaglia to show his true self, his culinary art and personality.
Opposite, contrasting notes bring together the many facets of a complex person. The sparkling, friendly opening of citrus and pepper paves the way for a heart of fruity notes, whose sweetness is balanced by a crystalline incense. Precious woods and leather provide an unexpected backdrop for a bouquet of white flowers with fruity and spicy nuances. Every note, every raw ingredient used is a hidden symbol, but also a key.

Lorenzo Pazzaglia
Lorenzo grew up surrounded by the smells of his father's kitchen. He learned to recognize them and took delight in cooking. He became a boss. He loved and craved, dreamed and fantasized about all the scents of this land. So Lorenzo made up his mind to study them, to shape and create, releasing them around the world so that beauty can stem from virtue rather than wealth.
