I started NOTES because I was bored of that. And because I honestly think Danes deserve to smell better than they do.
NOTES is a small parfumerie in Aarhus, and most days I'm the one behind the counter. Every brand on the shelf is here because I fell for it. The person behind it had something to say, the ingredients are genuinely interesting, and you won't find it at the airport.
We carry niche and independent houses from across Europe and beyond. Some are well known in fragrance circles. Some are almost impossible to find anywhere else in Denmark. All of them are here for a reason.
No mainstream. No snobbery either.
You don't need to know what an accord is, and you don't need a big budget. Maybe you already know exactly what you like and want more of it.
