Raku is a Japanese ceramic technique, used since the 16th century for tea ceremony bowls, and the word means pleasure. Les Bains is full of it: crackled, milky raku on the bar, the consoles and the tables in the rooms, the kind of surface you can't help touching.

Lemon floods the opening with light, with a touch of black pepper. Fig and clary sage form a green, slightly creamy heart, and Texas cedar, crystalline ambroxan and white musk give it a clean, mineral, enveloping base. Luminous, chic and soothing.
